While purchasing one of our products, we would like our customers to keep in mind that our ceramic wares are hand-thrown, jewelry pieces are hand-fabricated, and candles are hand-poured. Because of this, there is slight variation in size, color, and capacity from product to product. We like to think this makes each piece more remarkable as each one has its own subtly unique divergence, but we do our best to keep them as uniform as possible.
Purchased items are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS. Our packaging materials are all 100% recyclable. We do not include a paper receipt with purchases unless specifically requested. Receipts are sent electronically to a customer's e-mail after checkout. Any packages that have been lost by the mail carrier can be brought to the attention of USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We do accept returns and exchanges. If a customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can first notify us via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. If a customer is returning an item, they will be responsible for paying the shipping fee. Once the item/s have been returned and prove to be in their original condition, we will issue a full refund (not including the shipping fee). Exchanges will be handled through e-mail correspondence.
